Mark's Plumbing & Backflow Service

Our home is 70+ years old. In the 20 years we've lived here we've had a lot of issues with tree roots. But nothing that didn't get resolved after snaking. Fast forward to this past Friday. The plumber we have always used came out and basically told us the bad news was that our sewer pipe had completely collapsed and he couldn't get through. He doesn't replace them as he's a smaller company and doesn't have that large equipment needed to do it. Mark's was recommended to us by several people. I called and within 10 minutes I got a call back، and in another 20 minutes they were at my house to try to resolve the problem and give me an estimate. Even when I called after I was on Friday to schedule the work they called me back well after they had closed for the day. They came yesterday to complete the work. Everything went according to what they had said، and they didn't even charge me to come out on Friday. This was an expensive issue (no fault of the company whatsoever) I can't say enough good things about this experience and working with them made spending the money a little less painful! They were friendly، prompt and extremely communicative.

Out of all services that I have hired to work on my home، I have never delt with a more professional group of people. From Mary who works in the office ، Cam the owner and the two workers who repaired my service line، these people are beyond excellent. I am one truly happy customer. We recently had a sump pump and bubbler installed and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From start to finish، the team was professional، communicative، and left the work area cleaner than they found it. They walked us through exactly what was being done and why، which gave us a lot of confidence in the work. Pricing was fair and transparent — no surprises. As a result of an ice dam release from our roof، we required some prompt، professional help with our tankless water heater. At our home، hot bathing is a medical need. With that in my mind Mark's plumbing made a slot for us. Their presentation and finish was very clean and professional from the pleasant office personnel، to the gentlemen who performed the work at our home.The cost was very acceptable. I was extremely impressed with the overall experience when working with Mark’s Plumbing. Mary responds and books quickly while Owen and Chris provide great work. We own a house built in the 50s which can lead to some needed plumbing work/modifications. The original job was for fixing a tub drain which ended up being a larger project due to old style plumbing (drum trap pictured). From that first appointment، we used Mark’s several times for a utility sink faucet replacement، 1/2 bath replacement toilet flange، new shut off valve، and supply lines. I would highly recommend to anyone that is in need of plumbing work. The pricing was fair and work was excellent!
