I actually followed Yamile from the Bonita location up to Estero just because her quality of service is unmatched. This location is impeccably clean، and the front desk staff are efficient and professional from check-in to check-out. Yamile’s technique is excellent. She uses perfect pressure and smooth، intentional strokes، intuitively working out all the tight spots without needing much guidance. It’s both deeply therapeutic and relaxing. On top of her skill، she's genuinely kind and highly conscientious، checking in at just the right times to ensure complete comfort. I left feeling 15 years younger with all my tension melted away. If you're looking for a highly skilled therapist in a pristine، well-run spa، I cannot recommend Yamile and this team enough!
