At first I was pleased with the fact that when i went in for an oil change، they found my tires split inside and recommended new tires for safety. I appreciated this and agreed to purchase 4 new tires. Unfortunately، the time frame took excessively long to get my tires and they had my car for a number of days. Then when tires were done، all my lights on dashboard were on including a low tire alarm. When I returned to ask for help، the owner was combative and told me I was wrong in the interpretation of my owner manual. I tried to explain and he got nasty and beyond any chance of reasoning or hearing me out. I also was present when he was extremely rude to his wife and treated her unkind in the presence of customers. Now he has a dog. In the shop who is not trained and jumps up on customers even when told to stay. I wouldn't continue the conversation until he had his dog under control. Common sense and good customer service is NOT his qualities. His wife is wonderful!

I moved here 10 years ago and found MasterCare Automotive by accident. My son broke down on US1 close to your store and I had my car towed there as I didn't know any car businesses in PSL. I was treated awesome by Jason the owner and he got my car fixed and the price was pretty reasonable as I did call other automotive places to get prices. My 2 sons and I still use MasterCare 10 years later. Jason and Rachel are the best. They run a fair business and never had a issue with them. I highly recommend them for anyone who has vehicle problems.

Jason and Racheal are THE best! Always honest، kind، and willing to help however they can. They have done a lot of work on my kids cars over the years and we have never had any issues with their work! I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs from the maintenance to repairs! I've been coming to this establishment since I moved here from NJ 4 years ago. I was looking for a "hometown" mechanic and did I ever find one! The owner Jason has taken care of me and my family's vehicles as they were his own. Hes friendly and honest، and even tells me when and how I can save money If he would be more expensive than elsewhere. I've recommended MasterCare to all my coworkers and friends and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else.
