Finding a new nail salon can be nerve wracking and an expensive venture. After doing some research online، I came across this spa and all the reviews. Lancy did a fabulous job! She was personable and professional. She took her time to make sure I was happy with my service. I will definitely be going back!

This is by far one of my favorite nail salons I've been to in Tallahassee! Albeit my first time getting Gel-X، I had a wonderful experience. My nail tech، Olivia، was so sweet and incredibly precise. She made sure my nails were perfect، and was so patient with me (I have long arms، so it was a bit difficult for me to move them around in the smaller area). The front desk clerk، Taylor، was also incredibly professional، knowledgeable، and very sweet. I will absolutely be returning and I will be recommending this salon to as many people as I can!

Millennium spa midtown always provides amazing service. I have been going for both nail sets and pedicures for years and I have been attended by many employees، all which do great Jobs. However Olivia is an amazing nail tech، she puts great attention to detail into the builder gel sets she does on me and her work always comes out beautifully. My nail sets come out even، and last me at least 3 weeks with minimal damage. I work at a restaurant and I babysit often which means my hands are consistently around heat and water as I was my hands often. I would highly recommend her services to everyone but Ive been gatekeeping her to ensure I get appointments in with her. Most fills are pretty affordable for the service and quality you get. The salon also seems to be kept pretty clean considering the large amount of customers seen per day!

I normally have a great experience at Millennium، but unfortunately that was not the case today. My boyfriend booked us two one-hour Volcano pedicures since we’re both on our feet all day for work. Maddie serviced my boyfriend، and she was absolutely amazing—her technique، attention to detail، and overall service were great. Watching her made me wish I had been booked with her، especially since I couldn’t get my usual tech، Jackie، due to it being a last-minute appointment. Unfortunately، my experience with Donna D was very disappointing. Within the first five minutes، I could already tell the service was going to be rushed. Instead of a full one-hour pedicure، mine felt more like 35 minutes. From the moment I sat down، it felt like either she didn’t want to do the service or she was rushing to get to another client. As a hairstylist، I’m familiar with cosmetology services، including pedicures، and I could clearly tell that steps were skipped. There was no proper massage with the scrubs or lotions—it felt like products were quickly applied rather than worked in. The service was rough، rushed، and lacked care. It also seemed like more focus was placed on cleaning up than on actually delivering a quality pedicure. I chose press-ons for my feet، so only my two big toes needed gel polish. The end result was unacceptable. The polish looks like it was applied over old product or oversprayed—there is no smooth finish، just visible bubbling. If the full time had been taken، this could have easily been corrected before completion. At checkout، it felt like she was aware the service wasn’t up to standard. Instead of stepping away، she stayed and attempted to speak on my experience while I was addressing the receptionist. Another guest even chimed in and recommended a different technician، mentioning that some techs rush through services. To add، my boyfriend—who doesn’t typically pay attention to pedicure details—also noticed the difference. He has been serviced by Donna D before and expressed the same concerns. From his view، he even questioned what she was doing because everything appeared rushed. We both booked one-hour pedicures، yet I was completely finished، including polish، before his service was even done. Overall، it was very disappointing to spend $123 and leave feeling like I could have done a better job at home. Again، Maddie did an excellent job and deserves recognition for her service. I wanted to speak with a manager، but none was available at the time. It is now late at night، and I am still unhappy with my pedicure. I will be calling back in the morning because I need my toes repainted—the bubbling and finish are not acceptable.
