Miller، Hollander & Jeda

Terrible experience with this firm. The children of Mr. Hollander، who are employed by the firm، are rude and very crude in their treatment of clients. They are also arrogant and behave like spoiled brats. We had paid our debt off and assumed we were finished. However there is a final document needing to be filed to discharge the bankruptcy. Of this، we had no knowledge. A letter was sent to by the court to us and the firm reminding us of this final step. We had missed it. When I questioned Ron Hollander، who has no attorney privileges by the way، as to why no one had called us، he smugly replied، “We don’t make phone calls”. I think when you pay a firm to handle your bankruptcy they should be able to “ make a phone call”. I’m sure there are other bankruptcy firms out there who could handle your bankruptcy without being disrespected by the attorneys children. And at least find one who has the time to “make phone calls” if they see a problem with your finalization of your case. If you don’t mind be treated poorly however، these are your kind of people.

I could not have imagined that in less than an hour، I would not only have the answers I needed، but I would also be represented by someone whom embodies integrity، professionalism، and is down to earth and respectful. During these uncertain times I highly recommend this firm. Their level of service and respect، and attention to every detail brings a sense of humanity to this process that I was not expecting and which made me feel heard، understood، and like I mattered from the very beginning to the end. If you don't know where to turn، or your staring down Google search results، you don't need to look any further. Thank you to all the staff!!!!!
