I had great hair with a few grays (see before photos). Wanted the gray covered and some depth added something like the balayage or a way that I only need maintenance once or twice a year. but instead got striped looking orange highlights. Worst mistake ever! My hair and confidence are RUINED. The staff there have great hair and seem very nice so I don’t understand why my spending nearly $200 didn’t yield a decent result. I was patient and open and shared photos of my natural hair with light highlights but I got orange stripes instead and it looks ridiculous. I’m mortified and beyond sad by this. I made it very clear that I wanted hair to stay naturally darker on top so that when my dark roots grow in they would blend well but instead now I have a mess of orange stripes، weird color looking very fake، that I’m going to have to deal with at my own expense and I don’t know what to do to fix this mess!!! I’m devastated. It makes no sense that their hair looks good but mine looks like a terrible، expensive (time، $، emotionally draining) experience like a nightmare.
