Modera Coral Springs

Modera Coral Springs is hands down the best luxury apartment community in Coral Springs. I originally lived in Phase I but moved out because I had a one-bedroom plus den I didn’t need. Instead of simply asking management to transfer me to a smaller layout، I made the mistake of moving out completely. I quickly regretted that decision after having a very bad experience at another community. Thankfully، it was only a 9-month lease، and the moment it ended، I moved right back to Modera، this time to Phase II and it genuinely felt like coming home. The resort-style atmosphere، beautiful amenities، and peaceful environment make everyday living feel like a vacation. Most importantly، the management team is outstanding، professional، responsive، and truly caring. Shout out to Rose، Anthony and Chris. I’m so happy to call this place home. I highly recommend Modera Coral Springs to anyone looking for a resort-like، worry-free living experience in Coral Springs، Modera Coral Springs is unmatched!

Downtown living with suburban vibes! It is the clash of both worlds، the luxury of high rise buildings commonly found in downtowns finally here in our beautiful city of Coral Springs! Amenities are amazing، everything is so organized! Location location location! Located in the heart of Coral Springs! Walking distance to the walk which is one of the best plazas in the area، across the street from city hall which is where many of the city’s events take place! I am excited to be living in such an amazing place!

Moving in from Michigan. Decided to take a tour and was throughly pleased. New amenities including virtual golf، a sky lounge that overlooks the city، and a full gym that has a wide variety of equipment. They stated that more amenities are coming in the future. Sophia was professional and explained information in detail. All my questions were answered. Chris was helpful on explaining the process as well. Plan to move in soon. The pool is resort style. They have a secure room for package deliveries with a live camera. You are also able to install ring cameras on your doors from what I was informed. The location is convenient as University has a variety of shops and venues.

I toured the property back in May، and Mikael was my tour guide. He wasn’t just a “show and go” leasing agent—he took the time to answer questions and made the experience feel personal. We ended up moving into the building، and since then the entire team has been incredibly helpful، welcoming، and supportive. If you’re thinking about moving here، trust your gut and go for it. The building is clean، well-maintained، and competitively priced compared to many older apartment communities in Coral Springs. We’re happy with our decision، and it has definitely been worth it!
