We had a 34 year old water heater that was placed under the kitchen counter. Moore plumbing was able to drain the old water (with some difficulties of it's awkward placement and 34 years of settlement) without causing any damage to our new countertops. We had the new water heater relocated to the laundry room. Cory and his son did great، were polite and clean!

One of the Worst Experiences I’ve Ever Had With a Contractor If I could give zero stars، I would. I hired Blaine with Moore Plumbing to replace my sewer line from my house to the city main. The work was done on a weekend، and I was charged for a permit. I later verified with the city that no permit was ever pulled. After completion، the trench was not properly backfilled. My backyard is now left with a large sunken valley that holds water and continues to settle. I will have to spend additional money fixing what should have been done correctly the first time. Soon after، a fiber optic contractor damaged my sewer line. Blaine scoped it and told me AT&T would cover the repair costs، so I authorized him to replace that section. Weeks later، AT&T informed me they do not take responsibility for their contractors and directed me to the subcontractor. The subcontractor asked for an itemized invoice from Moore Plumbing so they could process reimbursement. I requested this documentation from Blaine repeatedly for MONTHS. I received nothing but delays and excuses. The contractor eventually informed me they were getting the same runaround. Because of this lack of cooperation، my claim has been stalled and complicated unnecessarily. I later had another licensed plumber review the work and pricing. I was shocked to learn I had been significantly overcharged. To make matters worse، I referred Blaine to my sister for a minor plumbing leak above her water heater. He insisted she needed a full tank replacement and quoted her $4،000. Another plumber fixed the small leak and dried the unit out for a minimal charge. The tank was fine — the pilot wouldn’t light because it was wet. At this point، I have experienced: • Being charged for a permit that was never pulled • Improper backfill leaving property damage • Major pricing discrepancies • Months of refusal to provide basic itemized documentation • Aggressive upselling on a simple repair This has been exhausting، expensive، and incredibly disappointing. Homeowners — protect yourselves. Verify permits directly with the city. Demand itemized invoices before paying. Get multiple bids. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company.

I got a rough estimate from them for an electric to gas conversion. Two young men came to my house at 3:30 and agreed upon time was 2 pm. There was nothing said about a charge for an estimate. It took them about 10 minutes and charged me $89 for the rough estimate. If there were a 0* rating، that’s what I would give them.

They were very prompt and personable to fit us on the schedule the following morning. Every single person that came to my home was very kind and not demeaning if I had a question or needed an explanation. Their prices are fair and their plumbers are kind!

Our water heater went out on Thursday so I called our usual plumber but they couldn’t make it until Tuesday. We didn’t want to go four days without hot water so I called I Googled plumbers and called Moore Plumbing on a whim. BEST decision I ever made. They came out that same day and talked me through some options. I made the choice of a new larger capacity water heater and it was installed the very next morning. We have so much VERY HOT water! So happy!! The workers were cheerful، polite، and efficient. And the heater itself is above and beyond our expectations.
