The office is well managed، and the staff is organized، professional، and productive. Each glass-walled room has the most amazing view. Everyone made me feel comfortable and relax throughout my procedure with their caring and professional approach. Dr. Morad performed a similar procedure for one of my sons 15 years ago، and she continues to provide exceptional care and outstanding service to all her patients. I had the incredibly good fortune to have been referred to Dr. Vivian Morad for an unusual implant problem: the screw had irretrievably broken off inside the implant. However، in being treated by Dr. Morad، and ably assisted by Lucy، my possibly unsalvageable implant was saved and I can return to my regular dentist for a new crown. I was informed، upfront، that the screw removal may not even be possible، leading to my having to remove the original implant itself and replace with another، and deal with the cost and all that goes with such a drawn-out resolution. But، beyond the obvious joy of the successful screw removal، it is the laudable approach Dr. Morad took with this dicey situation that’s impressive. While it was from the start a، “Well، we’re going to attempt this” situation، I think the real proof of a professional’s mettle is when they’re given a challenging situation، and، though success isn’t a guarantee، they’re game enough to try. Though this endeavor was neither her specialty nor her first love، over the course of two lengthy sessions (how many physicians would monopolize their time and exert such effort for a possibly un-doable task?)، Dr. Morad nonetheless embraced the challenge، pulling out every trick in the book (in both visits، the tray was littered with every dental tool imaginable). After the first visit، this never-say-die periodontist ordered more tools، and EVEN FABRICATED HER OWN LILLIPUTIAN TOOL TO FREE UP THE SCREW! (Who DOES that، these days?). The fresh willingness to try myriad approaches to free the screw، and the accompanying running play-by-play of keeping me informed، I think، are remarkable in a physician. Dr. Morad genuinely، honestly cares about her patients، and she and Lucy are empathetic and compassionate. They are the very definition of perseverance، dedication، and commitment.
