Morla

Lovely restaurant run by husband and wife with high quality ingredients. We tried the tasting menu recently، which has almost everything on the menu، and were blown away by the sauces in all the dishes. We also had to go back for more tostadas (three orders of it last night 😂）. It was special when the owner/chef talked about his food and made his recommendations. You can tell how much he passionate he is about the food. Great date location because it’s quiet and intimate!

We went for a family birthday and left full، delighted and with a place that we know we’ll come back to celebrate at. Morla is a delicious and beautiful restaurant where the food and the service make you feel like you’re at your dear friends chef tasting dinner party. The food was delicious and every plate different and interesting. The fish so fresh and the meat was nice and juicy with a combo of yummy sauces. The pasta was one of my favorites I’ve had، the cheese and touch of sweetness made a wonderful last dish before dessert.

So...this is the most enjoyable and tasty experience that I had at Miami، during the times of World Cup 26. 5 stars to food، drinks and service. I highly recommend the tasting menu!

We visited Morla while in Bal Harbour celebrating my husband’s birthday on a slow beach vacation with our 7-month-old (his first trip!)، and it ended up being the highlight of our entire stay. I found Morla while searching “best restaurants in Bal Harbour” and، after reading about their story and glowing reviews، knew I had to book it for our last night. My husband isn’t typically a seafood person، so it felt like a bit of a risk، but he does enjoy Peruvian and Mexican cuisines. By the end of the meal، he said Morla is now one of his favorite restaurants in the world. We’ve dined at multiple 2–3 Michelin star restaurants globally! We booked the first seating، and from the moment we arrived، the space felt both trendy and intimate with a warm، homey touch. Knowing it’s a husband-and-wife-owned restaurant made the experience feel even more special. To my surprise (especially with a baby in tow)، my husband opted for the tasting menu، and every single course was phenomenal. The seafood and ceviche were incredibly fresh، and the flavors throughout were unique، thoughtful، and absolutely delicious. The desserts were also unique – special Peruvian fruits that I had never tasted nor heard of. Even the wine (which I only had tiny sips of since I’m nursing) was excellent. The pacing and portions were perfect. We left feeling satisfied، not overly full or still hungry، which is rare with tasting menus. What made the experience even more memorable was how welcoming they were to our baby. We didn’t see other children there، but we felt completely comfortable. Sharon and Rúben were so kind — smiling، engaging with our baby، and making us feel at ease. No one batted an eye when he got a little fussy or when I nursed him، which meant a lot. Morla is worth every penny. Thoughtful، delicious، and genuinely hospitable — an unforgettable dining experience. We’ll absolutely be back.

Morla is an absolute gem. The concept of Peruvian–Mexican fusion is executed perfectly، and every dish is packed with flavor. The ingredients taste incredibly fresh، the presentation is beautiful، and the combinations are creative without losing authenticity. From the first bite you can tell the kitchen knows exactly what they’re doing. The atmosphere is vibrant and the service is great. If you love bold flavors and unique cuisine، this place is a must. Easily one of the most delicious meals I’ve had in Miami.
