Moroccan Hammam & Day Spa

Talk about an amazing، relaxation experience. We chose the treat for 2 The Blue Pearl Package. The 90 minute massage with Carolann and Michelle was top notch. They both achieved the perfect pressure based on our preferences. Carolann also gave me a scale massage I didn't know I needed! The Royal Hammam skin treatment، while intense، left my skin feeling absolutely amazing and soft. Arumy and Gracie were so professional and explained every step of the whole process as well as after care to keep my skin super soft as long as possible. We also got to experience the Tea Room. While I typically don't like tea I actually went back for a 2nd glass as it paired so well with the handmade Morracan cookies. Overall amazing experience and I will be seeking out every time I visit Jax.

We had an incredible experience getting the traditional hammam service! The treatment included a full salt scrub، time in the steam sauna، and a thorough body scrub that washed away every bit of dead skin. They even washed our hair and treated us to amazing facials and massages. Finishing up in the relaxing tea room was the perfect touch. It was pure bliss from start to finish—we left feeling completely renewed! The staff was awesome and we can’t wait to come back!!

Absolutely incredible experience at Hamman Moroccan Day Spa! From the moment I walked in، I felt transported into a peaceful luxury retreat. The atmosphere  was calming، beautifully designed، and smelled amazing. The staff was warm، professional، and made me feel completely pampered from the start to finish. The treatment — deeply relaxing، rejuvenating، and left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed. Every detail was thoughtful، from the soothing music to the attentive care throughout the service. If you’re looking for a true self-care experience that melts away stress and makes you feel renewed، this is the place. Hands down one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Jacksonville. I already can’t wait to come back!

I had an exceptional experience at Moroccan Hammam and Day Spa. I contacted the spa to arrange a special spa day for a party of four women، and although I reached out on short notice، Molly went above and beyond to make it happen. She was extremely responsive، communicative، and worked diligently to bring in additional staff on a Sunday so that our group could enjoy a full and memorable experience. From the moment we were greeted at the front desk until the time we left several hours later، everything was outstanding. The atmosphere، quality of service، and professionalism of the staff were truly top-tier and easily comparable to a luxury spa experience. Molly even took the time to personally check on us in the tea room، which made the day feel even more special. Every woman in our group was impressed، relaxed، and grateful for such a wonderful experience. Moroccan Hammam and Day Spa will now be our go-to local spa. We look forward to returning for both couples’ visits with our husbands and future ladies’ spa days.

My Husband won the bidding for a 60 minute Swedish Massage from a S.A.F.E. Pet Rescue Adoption Event (see my other reviews for a great review of this animal rescue organization) and gifted it to me for Christmas. I would've never found Moroccan Hammam & Day Spa if not for this gift. I'm so glad about this discovery and that I was able to get a massage there because it's truly one of the best massages that I've ever had. The moment that you walk through the doors of their strip mall location، you are transported into a totally different vibe... it's beautiful، peaceful، and smells very nice inside. The girl behind the counter was polite and friendly. My massage therapist was Carolann and she definitely knew what she was doing. The Swedish Massage was completely relaxing plus Carolann was also able to get out all of the knots... Honestly، it was a little difficult to walk afterwards because I was so relaxed! Thanks so much for an incredible experience. I'll definitely be back!
