Munchies Pizza

Great pizza with very reasonable price. We tried New York style today but next time، we'll try Chicago deep dish!

This experience was incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable. My daughter parked and went inside to eat. Her car was towed while she was dining. After the fact، she asked an employee about parking and was told it was allowed “for some time.” That is not acceptable. Parking is either allowed or it is not. There should be clear، visible signage where customers park، not vague rules and not information given only after someone’s car has already been towed. At best، this is extremely poor communication. At worst، it feels like customers are being set up to be towed while supporting your business. Either way، this needs to be fixed. No customer should have to worry about their car being towed while eating inside your restaurant.

I had a disappointing experience at the Munchies location on Virgina Street in Tallahassee. At the start of my order، I asked for two fresh slices instead of the ones sitting in the case. The manager could not tell me how long the pizza had been sitting and did not try to accommodate my request. When I asked again، I was told it would take 12–15 minutes، which was frustrating since it was implied earlier that my request would be accommodated. The customer service was poor، and the food quality did not meet expectations. This was my first and last visit to this location.

Ordered off doordash first. My deep dish pizza arrived with the sauce shifted mostly to one side. The dough was raw and thin. I called Munchies and they kindly offered to send me another deep dish pizza. It arrived and is still raw، with stringy/chewy dough، and does not contain sausage، which is what I ordered the first time. I've had their deep dish before، and it was good. I'm not sure what happened.

Ordered a "stuffed deep dish" with chicken، pepperoni، banana peppers، black olives، and spinach. Not only did they forget the chicken، but the pizza itself was also subpar. Undercooked، few toppings، and mediocre taste. When I called to let them know they forgot the chicken they blamed it on "a new guy making pizzas" and didn't make any attempt to make it right stating "it was only 1 topping and like $2". This place fell off، only reason to go here is if everything else in the area is closed and you'll settle for mediocre.
