Valentine’s dinner food quality was good، but the service felt consistently rushed. Plates were removed quickly، sometimes while one of us was still eating، and courses arrived immediately without allowing time to enjoy the evening. For a special occasion، we expected a more relaxed experience. Additionally، our ribeye was served without being asked for the preferred cooking temperature، which is a basic element of steak service. The receipt also stated 18% gratuity included، yet 21% was charged. While we understand holiday policies may differ، clearer communication would have been appreciated. Overall، good food، but the pacing، service details، and transparency did not match the occasion.

Unforgettable Breakfast Experience with Exceptional Staff! I stayed at this hotel for two and a half months and had breakfast here every day. The food was always fresh and delicious، but what truly made my mornings special were the incredible staff members. German is the most professional person I have ever seen. Watching him work always left me deeply impressed. The coffee prepared by Boston was the best in the world، and Juan Pablo’s thoughtful service was outstanding. Mario’s warm smile and soothing voice never failed to brighten my day. I will also never forget Maria، Carolina، Nathaly، Marlene، and Andrea، who، although I haven’t seen her recently، always guided us to the best seats with such care. Their kindness and hospitality left a lasting impression on me، and I will cherish the memories of my time here forever. Thank you to the amazing team for making my mornings so special and for your outstanding service. This place is truly unforgettable!

It's a bit pricey، but it's not so bad during happy hour. The food is really good. The mixed drinks are really good as well. The food is plated professionally and served hot. The waiters are super nice and very friendly. We're definitely forever customers.

The Blue Matisse is probably the restaurant area and the Nau lounge is the bar? but they are in the same room with the same folks working both areas and the seating seems to be connected. I split the difference in rating scores here. We had dinner and while the food was great، the service was lacking. It was slow and not too inspired. Our wait person wasn't very attentive، and we had to flag her down several times to get things we needed. So، I would rate that as a 3. Breakfast the next morning was a solid 5 if you don't look at the cost. As a Diamond Elite member، we had an opportunity to get a coupon for breakfast، but we took points instead. Wrong move، because we were charged $60 for the morning buffet. Granted it was delicious and they had many items to choose from، but we could have gotten away cheaper someplace else. Probably not the selection of dishes we had here، but we don't eat that much and there are many restaurants with a mile or so from the hotel we could have gone to if we knew it would be that much.

Excellent food and service Roberto did a wonderful job even though he was slam packed with orders. I was patient and it paid off. The ceviche was so fresh and had a lot of lime zest taste to it. The fish tasted fresh and was delicious Had the grilled chipotle sandwich and sweet potato fries. Absolutely delicious. Exceeded my expectations for a hotel restaurant
