Nirvana Title

Wow! So grateful for Kate and the folks at Nirvana Title. We had some hiccups with the closing of our new home which is always stressful anyway but when we made the switch to working with Kate things were cranked out in record time. Our family is so appreciative of her hustle، attention to detail، and willingness to prioritize our family even if it meant working after hours and helping answer our questions. Highly recommend Nirvana Title!

I have worked with Nirvana Title many times on the buyer's side. I recommend them to my clients because they of their integrity، professionalism and they respond immediately to inquiries. Yes، they answer the phone! However، today I used them personally and I was on the seller's side. Again، amazing service and attention to detail. Kate، April and everyone at Nirvana was a joy to work with. Another smooth، on-time closing. Absolutely a 5-Star experience. Sincerely، John Lann.

I have used Kate and Damian twice as a buyer and a seller and wouldn't go anywhere else. I was able to reach them anytime and even since the transaction they have gone above and beyond to help me out throughout the entire process. Due to my mortgage broker being، how do I say this nicely......not so bright poor Kate and Damian were forced to do 2 jobs and they handled it perfectly! I wouldn't have made it through without them. I highly recommend Nirvana Title.

Kate and Damian are absolutely amazing. I know my clients are always in wonderful hands with them. They communicate so wonderfully through the entire transaction and take the time to make sure everyone knows and understands what's going on. They're truly the best!

Our closing with Nirvana was nothing short of a nightmare. We were there for almost 2.5 hrs and were treated horribly. We were never offered a drink or snack the entire time we were there. April claimed our lender never sent over the proper documents when in fact they did. Nirvana couldn’t locate the funding from my lender either even though they had sent that over too. April left my realtor، husband، and I alone in the building for almost an hour while we were wondering what the heck was going on. I literally had to go searching for her in the other office building، in which she didn’t even come out just yelled from her office that they were “working on it”. After FINALLY finishing up the closing، she didn’t even congratulate us on our new home. Then she rushed us out of the office، in which I then realized we were never even provided a copy of the closing documents. We literally had no proof of purchase. I had to walk back in and ask for a copy. Again، April didn’t step out of her office and instead yelled to her assistant to get it for me. All of my siblings have purchased properties recently and were flabbergasted by how we were treated. Seriously، avoid this title company at all costs.
