Michelle، the receptionist، is one of the sweetest and most caring people I’ve ever met. She truly goes above and beyond to make every new patient feel welcomed and comfortable. There should be more people like her in every office. And the hygienist was absolutely fabulous. She knew exactly what she was doing. From the moment I walked in، everyone made me feel so welcome with their kindness، professionalism، and genuine compassion. I was so happy to have found this dental office. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’ll be treated with respect، care، and kindness from the very beginning، I wholeheartedly recommend this one. I’m confident you’ll be just as happy with your experience as I was.

This is my first time at North Broward Dental Care. I scheduled cleaning and initial visit with the new doctor Dr. Karen. What an amazing experience. I was greeted with a big smile from the friendly staff at the front desk. My hygienist Libby was very nice، professional and very thorough. She did an amazing job with my cleaning. Dr. Karen came to the room after the cleaning and did a very meticulous exam، reviewed the X-rays with me and discussed my treatment plan. She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely rate this office as the best experience I had in years and can easily recommend Dr. Karen and her team for anyone looking for a dentist. Thank you all for a great experience!

My first impression of Dr Karen Ibrahim was her smile and bedside manner which made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease from the start.She took her time answering all my questions fully and completely which was both refreshing and reassuring، and gave me full confidence in her professionalism. I Would be remiss not to mention her delightful and competent assistant who was a tremendous asset before during and after my procedure and lastly the receptionist who was courteous helpful and had the same cheerful and happy a disposition they all shared. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the kindness of everyone. They don’t make you wait 20 mins in the lobby before your scheduled appt، and they don’t try and fix teeth with no problems just to get your insurance benefits like my old dentist office.
