Oou Cha has quickly become one of my favorite tea shops. Their matcha is imported from Japan and you can taste the quality. It's hard to believe this shop was opened by two talented 19-year-old sisters they've created one of the best matcha experiences in the area and I have been to MANY. The only place I'd compare it to is a well-known matcha shop in Orlando، so I'm thrilled to have something this good much closer to Tampa. I ordered everything at 25% sweetness، default is 75% favorites: * Pandan Matcha - creamy، fragrant if you like a slightly sweeter matcha. * Matcha Einspänner - light with a silky cream topping that lets the smoother matcha taste * Lychee Peach Oolong Tea - refreshing and full of fresh fruit flavor. It even comes with a specially designed straw that enhances the flavors with each sip ...I was skeptical، but it really works! * Strawberries & Cream - if you're in the mood for something richer and sweeter the strawberries purée is made in house **Chè Bưởi - absolutely addicting! I wish I had ordered two because my daughter and I had to share this . Comes with layers of taro water chestnut ، mung beans، coconut milk، jelly's and crunchy topping . only available on weekends. The shop was packed on Saturday afternoon، but when I visited during the week it was more comfortable and I could actually hear the barista talk about the difference in drinks. high-quality ingredients، customizable sweetness...if you love matcha، tea، or Vietnamese desserts، Oou Cha is worth the visit. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!
