Otero Construction

A piece of flashing was torn off the front of my home over the weekend in one of those intense Florida Summer thunderstorms. We called the company that replaced the roof a few years ago and they have disappeared. Otero Construction was the ONLY company that answered the call and said they could come out the same day. They came، repaired the damage and were super reasonable for the work. The absolute BEST roofing/flashing company in Naples، don't bother calling anyone else.

So، let me start by saying، if you are thinking about a kitchen or bath remodel، prepare to be patient. Don't go into it thinking it will be a perfectly smooth overnight event. That being said، I cannot say enough good things about Otero Construction! Tom and Carla are very responsive and very attentive to detail. We gutted our entire galley-style kitchen and also، re-modeled our master shower. Our house is 25 years old and was in desperate need of a face-lift. The Oteros had great suggestions، they listened to what I wanted and، they did the work in a timely fashion! The end results are gorgeous! Were there a couple of delays? Were there some minor issues to adjust? Sure. But Tom and Carla and their crew were honest and eager to meet our needs! It is very hard to find a reliable contractor in SWFL these days. But if you choose Otero Construction you will be so pleased with your choice!! They are very dependable and trustworthy and the cost of our remodel was extremely fair!

We would highly recommend Otero Construction if you are in need of a new roof. They did a great job and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Tom، Carla and Aden are a hardworking family that offer a top quality product with the best shingles on the market. A+++

I loved working with the contractor، he was professional، super knowledgeable، honest، paid attention to every detail، and his crew were hard working and very professional. I feel like I have a brand new house. I highly recommend them for all your renovation needs.

I needed a reroof for a property in Naples with a pending sale، and I live out of state. I got quotes from a few companies but had the best interaction، response time، and felt the most comfortable moving forward with Otero Construction. They were communicative throughout the process، went above and beyond when the permits took longer than expected، and worked over a holiday weekend to meet a closing date! Their work is impeccable. Everything you'd hope for in a construction company; integrity، follow through، communication، hard work، and craftsmanship. I highly recommend their services.
