We started happy hour at Packwoods، and it was a great choice. The atmosphere is cozy، stylish، and perfect for catching up with friends over cocktails. The Lemon Drop was a solid 9/10، and the Mucho Gusto was another 9/10 with great flavor and a refreshing finish. The Emerald wasn’t for me، but that’s the fun of trying new drinks. I also sampled a few cocktails my friends ordered، and there were several that I’d come back to try. If you’re looking for a craft cocktail spot in Maitland، Packwoods is definitely worth visiting.

Kris and Mark are excellent bartenders! They turn cocktails into exquisite masterpieces. Phenomenal craft cocktails with a massive selection of liquor. The atmosphere is awesome with upbeat music and a friendly crowd. The decor is absolutely breathtaking! I especially love the illuminated bar and airy feel. Such a great new gem in the heart of Maitland!

Packwoods feels like the kind of place you discover once and immediately start texting friends about. The space has a modern cocktail-lounge vibe without becoming overly serious about itself. Good music، good energy، and enough attention to detail that you can tell somebody actually cared about creating an atmosphere instead of just filling a room with furniture. The cocktails are clearly the main event. Creative، well-balanced، and served by people who seem genuinely excited about what they’re making. It’s the type of place where asking for a recommendation is usually a better move than playing it safe. What stood out most was that Packwoods feels intentional. Nothing feels rushed، nothing feels generic، and the whole experience encourages you to slow down and enjoy the evening instead of racing to the next thing. A lot of bars serve drinks. Places like Packwoods create a vibe. Big difference. 🦩

This place is a HIDDEN GEM. My friend and I went last night and were immediately taken by the ambience، so cozy and cute. Then after sitting at the bar، we got to talk with the bartenders. The staff made our ENTIRE evening. What they didn’t know is my friend and I had a rough day and they made our entire night. First of all، all the cocktails are invented by the staff which we loved. On TOP of that، all of their syrups and things are made in house. My “Emerald Eyes” drink may have been neon green، but it was all natural coloring which I loved. But the real kicker? Was a bartender named Abnel. Who my friend and I titled the Van Gough of Bartenders. I feel like calling him a bartender is an insult because this man is truly an artist. After getting to know us during our first round، we ended up ditching the menu to have Abnel suprise us with drinks. Some were his own creations، some were other recipes. Regardless that were amazing، curated to our taste and ones we’d never tried before. My friend and I will be planning future visits around his schedule. So whoever runs this place، please give this man more shifts. Between the ambience، the stellar staff and the best cocktails we’ve ever had، we will be back again and again to Packwoods.
