Palm Beach Day Spa

Had to cancel 2 pedicures about 7 hours past the 24 hour cancellation policy because we had the Super flu and was still charged full price. I suppose we could have kept our appointment and just came in sick. Pretty unfortunate that there was no give from this place even when I placed a call again to explain how sick we were. I used to own an appointment based business and gave grace for illness or death and know that no shows are a problem. But always wanted to understand life happens to people over money. Very impersonal. Never made it in to see the place and now never will.

I just had the best Swedish massage ever with Jessica Hernandez! She was detail oriented and so sweet. She knew exactly the areas that needed work and focused on those spots! Excellent experience and will definitely book with her again.

I am genuinely shocked and disappointed by the way I was treated by this business. I called Palm Beach Day Spa to inquire about booking services for my mother’s birthday — something that should have been a pleasant and simple experience. Instead، the employee who answered the phone، Ashley، hung up on me mid-conversation. When I called back to clarify، she dismissively said، “We’re not interested،” before even hearing what I was calling about. I found this level of disrespect and unprofessionalism absolutely appalling. For a spa that’s supposed to promote wellness and care، their customer service could not have been more opposite. To treat someone so rudely — especially when they’re trying to plan something special for a loved one — is completely unacceptable. If this is how Palm Beach Day Spa handles potential customers، I can only imagine how they treat paying clients. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. There are plenty of spas in the area that actually value kindness، respect، and basic courtesy.

Jessica gives the most incredible facial! I more than recommend the Cryo Facial with her. It was so relaxing and refreshing! One of Jessica’s areas of expertise is lymphatic draining. Excellent for releasing toxins from your body. If I could، I would have a daily appointment with Jessica. What an amazing experience ❤️
