These folks really care about your well being. I got laser treatment on my knees. One knee was very swollen and was retaining fluid that you could see. After a 6 min treatment، it was already better. Very effective laser with a skilled clinician. Pain was resolved in this first treatment also.

I had my 2nd massage therapy session with Karol for my chronic sciatica. Karol is absolutely amazing، extremely knowledgeable، professional and caring. She identified and targeted tightness areas with ease. Just the right pressure was applied with her intuitive hands. The front desk team was warm،، attentive، and efficient، especially Anne. They made me feel at ease from the beginning. The ambience of Palma Sola was peaceful and relaxing. The soft lighting and quiet music in the massage room created the perfect calm atmosphere. Dr. Z is amazing! With her kindness and expertise، she is helping reduce the pain and swelling in my arthritic hands! Also helping with some seasonal allergies and back pain when they flare up! First time trying acupuncture ، and find it to be gentle yet effective. Better than being shot up with harmful steroids! Highly recommend!!
