Palms at Wyndtree

Palms at Wyndtree is a safe، affordable family oriented community. It is conveniently located near stores and main roads. I been year for a few years and I love it. I am permitted to decorate my front yard and people love it. It has also been very safe area during storm season. The staff is friendly and respectful. My apartment is spacious enough for me.you can also rent a garage for extra storage، its great. You can also enjoy birdwatching and if your lucky you can see the family of deers that visit us. I love it، I would definitely recommend living here.

A wonderful place to come home to. I've never had any issues with noise and Martina in the office has always addressed any issue or concern I've ever had while I've been living here. Would recommend to rent here.

Wonderful Place to Call Home! I’ve been living at Palms at Wyndtree for 2 years ، and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The management team is professional، friendly، and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The grounds are beautifully maintained، and the common areas are always clean and inviting. My apartment is spacious، modern، and well-designed — I especially love the natural light and the quiet atmosphere. The neighbors are respectful، and it really feels like a small community. The location is also super convenient، with easy access to shopping، dining، and public transportation. Overall، Palms at Wyndtree is a great place to live — safe، comfortable، and well-managed. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!

Palms at Wyndtree is a beautiful serene community. I’m very happy as a resident here. I’m proud to call it home. It’s got beautiful apartments، beautiful grounds، fantastic amenities، and nice people and the staff is very responsive، efficient and professional. They have nice Maintenance personnel very friendly & always get a hello when they drive by in their golf carts. Overall، it’s a great place to live and highly recommended for your future home. It’s also secluded in the wooded area، but then we’re five or so minutes from shopping and restaurants. Locations extremely convenient.

Would have stayed here much longer if I didn't move across state for work. Never had huge issues، anytime we did the maintenance team fixed it as fast as they could get to it. We had our ac system die on us، 4 days later they had the entire air handler and compressor REPLACED. In the time our ac was down they supplied us with a window unit so we had at least a little cool air. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the interior is a bit older، they do small updates but it's still a bit behind interior design wise. The price was in my opinion very very fair، and the front office was always kind. Never had billing issues، the app worked great. Great apartment
