Palms West Periodontal، Dr. Lauren B. Shack

The long wait is the only word I can think of this place. You may have to wait for an hour or two. So you can just plan accordingly and come late for your appointment. I cursed my orthodontist a million times while waiting for referring to this place. Never had this experience in any other establishment or business. Not even a busy DL renewal office. No value to your time.

Dr. Shack has been a wonderful dentist/periodontist for me. She was easily able to treat a tiny gum lesion that had me seeing numerous specialists prior to finding her. I have loved her techniques and medical knowledge، she has been a wonderful، helpful professional. She and her magic laser machine are a true hidden gem. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of specialized dental laser treatments and other laser treatments therapies she provides.

Dr. Shack is hands down the best Periodontist I have ever been to، and her whole office team is fantastic too. Not only is Dr. Shack attentive and thorough، but she is also very gentle. In the past، I have gone to other Periodontists who just rushed through my gum graft and never took the time to see if there were any other underlying issues. Dr. Shack was the only one who took the time to view every single tooth and realized I was grinding my teeth which leading to problems with my gums and tooth sensitivity. She is the only one I would ever recommend.

My 4 yr old son was diagnosed with tongue tie and lip tie. I had my first consultation with another dentist and it just wasn't the right fit. I heard wonderful things about Dr. Shack and decided to see her for a second opinion. She was beyond wonderful. Dr. Shack and her entire staff go above and beyond to make every patient that walks through that door، feel comfortable، welcome and informed. My family and I highly recommend Dr. Shack.

Dr. Shack came highly recommended by my Orthodontist for an implant needed. I have nothing but great things to say about her bedside manner as well as her office staff. They go above and beyond to assure you that everything is explained well، from the consult، to the procedure from start to finish. It's been 1 week post implant surgery and I am very pleased with the result. Can not wait to finish up and am excited for the day I get the crown placed! Thank you Dr. Shack، and your entire office crew there at Palms West Peridontal for making me want to show my teeth now when I smile in pictures for the first time in 30 years!!! Also، thank you for making my dental implant experience an easier one than I initially expected!!
