Papa Johns Pizza

Not really one to leave reviews but wow this location has really shocked me with the poor service and bad food. This tasted as unappealing as it looked and the slices were paper thin. Ate one slice and decided to eat something else. The service was also very off putting and unpleasant. Made it feel like an inconvenience to be there. Hopefully I’m able to get this order refunded with ease

I should have read the reviews before ordering. We ordered two pepperoni pizzas and received one correct and one was not even close، they sent a sausage and banana pepper pizza. I checked my receipt to make sure i didnt mess up and it was not on us. We called to ask them to send us another one and the manager just said he couldnt do that and could only refund us the money for the pizza or we would have to go pick it up even though we paid for delivery . I worked at papa johns a few years ago and never heard that in my life. If the order is incorrect you need to make the correct pizza and send it out، it doesnt matter if it costs the business money، the order was incorrect. Terrible customer service

Website and app said open until 12:30am. Placed a to go order around 9pm، it was accepted via app. Drove 15 min to the store and lights are off with door locked. They had already taken my money on the app so called customer service and spoke with multiple "managers"، they all said they had to call the location which of course didn't answer but left the back ordering system/computer on. They said they are open even though they didn't answer، and we have pics of being closed. Said they couldn't refund us and someone would call in 48 hrs to discuss. NOT acceptable and will never patronize this business again، actually not any Papa John's due to the business practices or lack thereof.

The ownership of this location is going to run it in to the ground. You cannot have 1 or 2 people working your dinner/ Sunday rushes. I understand the rising cost of labor and supplies but giving terrible service and products due to being understaffed is a perfect receipe to go out of business. Especially with this being a brand new store. It should be OVER staffed. Make sure youre providing excellent service and products to your customers. From there you can scale back on labor costs. But you cant launch a new store and think you're going to make your money by not hiring employees. With that being said the employees working there are very nice. The manager was very kind to me and did his best to retain us as customers. Nothing he or any employees did is prompting me to write this review. However، we will not be back. Ownership: STAFF YOUR STORE OR YOU WILL NOT HAVE A STORE VERY QUICKLY Here's a picture of the cheese "pizza"? we got from them the other week 🤦‍♂️

I love this location and highly recommend for the 1 st time last night my pizza was more well done than I like it. It was a pick up after long day at work. I didn’t want to go back out and replace it. The manager was very kind and had it delivered to me and they were super busy considering it was Super Bowl Sunday. Huge shout out to him!!! Know I appreciate you!!!
