Parc at Wesley Chapel

Sandro made my entire apartment experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He was consistently patient، professional، and approachable، never once showing frustration despite the many questions I had throughout the process (and there were quite a few!). He always took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. His responsiveness and positive attitude truly stood out، and it made a big difference during what can often be a stressful experience. I genuinely appreciate his support and excellent customer service. Sandro went above and beyond، and I would highly recommend working with him.

The Parc Apartments has been a really great place to live. The team is very helpful and easy to work with، from the leasing office (Janan، Sandro and Jennin) to the maintenance staffs (Dj، Damien and Manuel). Maintenance requests are handled quickly، which we really appreciate. The community is quiet and well-kept، and the location is super convenient for everyday needs. We also enjoy the weekly food trucks. Overall، it’s been a comfortable and positive living experience. Thank you again!

I have been living in this Parc at Wesley Chapel community for over four years، and I am very happy with my experience here. I would especially like to highlight the management team they are always responsive and address any requests promptly and professionally. The location is very convenient، with many stores and essential services nearby. This year، the pool furniture was updated، there is a playroom for children، and a new pickleball court was built، which is a great addition to the community amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. One of the things I appreciate most is that the buildings are not located on the main road، which makes the area peaceful and comfortable. Over the past year، I considered other apartment communities، but I was unable to find one that offers such a spacious and well-designed three-bedroom floor plan. For this reason، I chose to continue living here. I would like to sincerely thank the management team for their excellent work.

DJ thank you for cleaning the pool furniture. I know you did your best with what you have. It's white furniture and it needs to be cleaned on a daily basis. As I've already said، this furniture is not for an apartment complex. We are not a resort; we are an apartment complex. Corporate obviously made this decision without taking that into consideration. The 1 star is not for your efforts. It's the result of poor planning. Thank you again.

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and recently completed a unit transfer for my lease renewal. Everything from the move-in/move-out process to the amenities and my overall living experience has been nothing short of amazing. Both units I’ve lived in were spotless upon move-in، with all appliances clean and fully functioning. Janan has been incredible and extremely helpful throughout the process. The maintenance staff are also quick and efficient when completing requests. The community is well kept and the staff here are genuinely kind، unlike anything I’ve experienced at another apartment complex. I highly recommend living here!
