The ladies were great over the phone problem solving with me، and I was able to quickly arrange a second opinion with Pauls team after being quoted something pretty steep from another business. Brodie was on time، super friendly and explained the issues to me in a way I could understand. The price was incredibly reasonable and the issue was resolved within the hour. Pauls Plumbing Group provided excellent service، from initial site inspection until hand-over. Communication was extremely good and tradesmen arrived on time every time. It was a pleasure working with such a professional company.

Fix the problem but did alot more damage to do so. Then refused to help me fix the pool plumbing that was damaged even tho I said I would pay for the service. Then they also took some concrete chisels that belonged to my father. Ask if could be returned and still haven't heard anything. Hired plumbers to fix the damage and luckily they helped me fix it and advised me to ask for the correct paperwork that I should have been given when they redirected the plumbing.

A fantastic experience this morning as the owner of a unit we rent out. Steeve arrived on time، called me to gather further information، and kept both my husband and me updated throughout the process. We received a report just a few hours after the inspection، with clear findings and practical recommendations. The quote was appropriate compared to a disgraceful quote we received from another company، only quoting the review of existing reports of building، taking pictures and giving recommendations (without any leak detection!!). Definitely recommended

Paul's Plumbing replaced our front storm water drain which had been blocked for a long time. We were very happy with the final result. They arrived on time، removed the many roots in the area and replaced the damaged piping. They were courteous and did a good job on leaving the site tidy and restoring the small terraces to how they were before. Based on our experience we have no hesitation in recommending Paul's Plumbing and would use them again when needed.
