Payne Law

I would like to leave a review for Tera Lewis. She has helped me through this whole process with my roof. She is very professional، courteous knowledgeable and has been very helpful to me. She has answered any questions that I have has returned every phone call that I’ve made and she is just exceptional and does an outstanding job and I just want to thank her from the bottom of my heart that I appreciate everything that she has done. Thank you again، Tera you are amazing and truly felt comfortable dealing with you throughout this process. Sincerely، Wendy

Payne Law delivered an outstanding experience while helping me resolve a challenging homeowners insurance dispute. My insurance company initially denied my roof replacement claim، but Attorney Cory Justus stepped in and successfully negotiated a settlement covering about 64% of the replacement cost. Given the contractual limitations، this was a strong outcome، and I am very، very satisfied with the result. I also want to especially recognize Christine Hanes، who was my primary point of contact throughout the entire process. Christine kept me informed at every stage، answered every question I had (and I had many)، and called me multiple times just to ensure I understood what was happening. Her professionalism، patience، and genuine commitment made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Overall، this was a great experience from start to finish. I’m grateful for the hard work، communication، and results delivered by Attorney Cory Justus، Christine Hanes، and the entire Payne Law team. I highly recommend them to anyone facing insurance or legal challenges

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Corey Justus and Team Justus enough! He handled my roof claim from start to finish with professionalism، expertise، and excellent communication. The best part was that I didn’t even have to attend the mediation—they took care of everything for me. Throughout the entire process، Corey and his team kept me informed every step of the way، so I always knew what was happening. Thanks to their hard work، I’ll be getting a brand-new roof، and I couldn’t be more excited! If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing، advocates for their clients، and makes the process as stress-free as possible، Cory Justus is the one to call. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

I experienced wind damage to my roof over 2 yrs ago. I took a claim to my insurance company and was denied. The lawyers for roofing Pros felt that that should have not happened. They took my case and worked with me and the insurance company to negotiate an appropriate outcome. Through much needed patience and endurance the case was settled. I will be forever grateful to them for their help . I now have a much needed roof in place and feel safe. I thank all of you who helped bring this case to closure.
