This was my very first deep tissue trigger point/pressure point massage، and I knew going in that it was going to be painful. Sharon was extremely honest، knowledgeable، and reassuring throughout the entire process. She explained that certain areas would hurt، that I would likely feel sore the next day، and that things would begin improving afterward if I followed her instructions. Everything happened exactly the way she said it would. I trusted the process، followed her recommendations over the next couple of days، and the relief was incredible. My body had been holding so much tension and stress that even my chiropractic adjustments became more effective afterward because I was no longer so locked up.
