Dr. Colon and his team are absolutely phenomenal in both their service and care. I went to see Dr. Colon for the first time today per a referral from my primary dentist and naturally I was slightly nervous going into the appointment. Dr. Colon was very thorough and spoke to me transparently، kindly، with care، and in a way that I could easily understand what was happening with my teeth & gums. He spoke in lamens terms and in a manner that was not demeaning to me in any way as he explained the process. Throughout the entirety of the appointment I was treated as though the facility was structured and designed just for me and it I left feeling very confident that I am in excellent hands as it relates to my periodontal care. Most recently، I experienced a painful emergency when a salivary gland stone blocked one of my ducts. I called the office at 7:00 a.m.، and they worked me into the schedule that same day. Dr. Overfelt quickly diagnosed the problem، removed the stone، and I felt immediate relief. I was incredibly grateful for the prompt care، expertise، and reassurance during a stressful and painful situation. No one wants to have to go to a periodontist. If you need them they BEST! Everyone is very pleasant and professional. They answered all of my questions and explained everything. Doctor Colon is the absolute best!! I have a long journey to go for my implants but he is extremely efficient in explaining everything so that I can understand. ➡️He is very kind and considerate with his patients. The cleanliness of this entire office is perfect pristine condition. They literally keep this entire area clean from every aspect coming from the waiting room all the way back to their surgery area. I absolutely love how they wear ear piece to communicate with each other in a very efficient and professional manner. You can tell everybody loves their job!
