Lauren is so knowledgeable and I really appreciated the time she spent with me to get the whole history of my injured area. She is very to the point and transparent with her plan and pricing. There is no pressure to purchase extras. My hip pain started to feel better from the first appointment. We also saw that they have the 3D body scanner، at a very reasonable price، which is great to give a baseline at the beginning of our workout program. Highly recommend.

David Shute is a brilliant strength coach. I worked with him for a full year and saw massive improvements. He created workouts for me to reach my very specific fitness goals as well as guidance for my nutrition. His approach was very scientific and receptive to feedback.
