An excellent pizza. We tried the "Carnivore،" and we will definitely be back، because it is truly delicious. The lady was very friendly، and the text messaging system is fast and convenient.

First time in Downtown Clermont. We were pleasantly surprised. We went on a Monday، which meant most businesses were closed. We stumbled across Pinsa Fire. The pizza was amazing. We ordered the Carnivore. It was amazing، loaded with toppings and flavor. We will definitely be back to try other options.

I had such a great experience at this pizza place! The food was absolutely delicious. It was fresh، flavorful، and cooked perfectly. But what really stood out was the service. Angela، who made our pizza، was amazing. She was so friendly، attentive، and you could tell she really cared about what she was doing. It made the whole experience feel more personal and enjoyable. Definitely coming back again!

We recently placed an Uber Eats order from this restaurant and ordered four items for over $90. Unfortunately، only one item arrived، and even that item was incorrect. While delivery issues can happen، what was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. When we called the restaurant to try to understand what happened، we were immediately told it was Uber Eats’ fault. When we attempted to explain that most of our order was missing، the staff member refused to listen، hung up on us، and then would not answer subsequent calls. Mistakes happen، and we understand that third-party delivery services can complicate things. However، basic customer service and a willingness to help resolve concerns go a long way. The missing food was frustrating، but the dismissive treatment was far more disappointing. Based on this experience، we will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Whoever was on schedule 7/27 at night was not friendly at all. I was inconveniencing her to be here at 8:40 pm. And the pizza was god awful. And left her rude self $3 tip. Spent $18 on the smallest pizza. The size of a normal man’s hand and it is unbelievably salty. Why is pizza salty? I loveee coming to Montrose but this is a spot I will not come back to and will remind my friends not to bother with. Terrible food and service to say the least. And maybe melt the cheese next time for others. Shame. And wish I could get a refund and give my money to those who would enjoy to serve me.
