Had a great time working with the team at Power On. From the quote thru completion I couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. Special thanks to the installation team who went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Brian and Mosoud did an outstanding job on my install. They worked together like a well oiled machine. Talked me through everything and answered any questions i had. Seth my salesperson was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and explained all my different options to ensure i got the right unit. The project manager was great to work with and communicated when the install would occur and handled the coordination with the gas company. Three generators. Two installed by Power On. All three serviced by them. I'm not going anywhere else. On a Friday evening I got word there was a problem with one of my generators. I called after hours، they dispatched Masoud within minutes — he called me when he arrived، fixed the issue، and I never had to leave my house. That's the standard they hold themselves to. Great experience with this company! We have a system previously installed by another company and Power On has taken over the maintenance and do a wonderful job. More importantly، they helped solve a mystery with our Mini Split system acting up whenever the generator came on. Michael in the office and Masoud in the field، researched and provided a solution to our issue. Very professional and willing put in the extra effort to make things right are a sign of a well run company.
