Very happy with the installation of our new hybrid hot water heater from Premier Plumbing of Jacksonville. Installers، Brendan، and Brody were very professional and polite. I appreciated their willingness to answer my questions and their thoroughness in completing the job in a timely manner. This is the third time I've used Premier Plumbing، and I plan to call them again when I have plumbing needs!!

We had an outstanding experience with Ray and Brody. They did an amazing job of installing a water softener system، although there was no pre-existing loop at our place. Ray was extremely knowledgeable، efficient، effective، and ensured we understood the entire process. Further، he went above and beyond in relocating our main shut-off valve for improved access and safety. We couldn't be more grateful for their services. Premier Plumbing is definitely the best، as they seem to prioritize integrity and great customer service over everything else.

David arrived on time. Very efficient work، left work area clean. Changed out the kitchen faucet with a new one. Very professional work from booking to installation. We also recently replaced our old hot water heater through Premier. Would use them again for sure.👍

We had a great experience with Premier Plumbing! The girl answering the phones:making appointments was so personable and nice! She was able to get an appointment booked for us in less than 24 hours. Then Ray Perry was our technician. I got a heads up text when he was on the way، along with a tracking link. He arrived within the 1 hour timeframe I was given by the office and he was able to complete our work within an hour. We had a leak visible from an upstairs bathroom down through our living room ceiling. I was expecting the worst. He was so nice and explained everything so well. I highly recommend Premier and especially Ray!
