I love Prestige Automotive Center. The owner، Carlos، and his highly trained staff always do first class work…in the time that they estimated it would take، and for the exact cost that they proposed in the beginning. They are courteous، gracious، and exceptionally experienced mechanics. Far superior to the Dodge Ram dealership that I used to use to service my trucks and cars. I recommend them without reservation. I brought my car into this shop with no prior issues for a routine oil change and tire rotation - my car has only ever needed regular maintenance (brake pad/tire replacements، oil changes، tire rotations، etc). The day I got my car back، the engine stuttered trying to turn over، and by the next day wouldn’t start at all. I called to ask about it، and they told me (without looking at my vehicle) that it had nothing to do with them، but that they’d take $150 to tow my car back to the shop and tell me how much it would cost for them to fix it. Irresponsible and money-hungry - do NOT go to this shop unless you want to have them destroy your vehicle and then charge you hundreds of dollars to fix it. UPDATE: had it looked at by a friend، they said the battery must’ve been pretty drained when I picked it up from the shop and they probably just left my lights on or something، my car drove again after my battery was charged back up. SO glad I didn’t take it back into this place and give them more of my money

I am writing this review to inform both new and returning customers of Prestige Automotive Center about a terrible experience I had with them: On 2/4/2026، I took my 2000 C5 Corvette to Prestige Automotive Center to have my alternator repaired because it was not charging my vehicle’s battery. I left my vehicle there to get this issue fixed; my car had a half tank of gas. Two days later، I received a call from Prestige informing me that my alternator needed to be replaced to solve the problem. Four days later، I called to check on my vehicle، and I was told that even after replacing the alternator، my car still had the same issue. I then asked to speak with Carlos، the shop owner، and I was told he was in a meeting that would last three hours. I kindly asked to have Carlos call me to discuss my car’s issues. Unfortunately، Carlos did not call me. The next day، I decided to pick up my car from the shop. As I drove my car from Prestige، I noticed that my car was having a problem with gas. I was getting a computer message “LOW FUEL.” Thereafter، my car ran out of gas، and I had to call my wife to bring me 5 gallons of gas to restart my car and drive it home. As a result، I started questioning why this was happening when، in fact، I dropped my car off with half a tank of gas. The only logical explanation I could find was that someone was using my car، and that is why my car was left without gas. I hope my 2000 C5 Corvette doesn't have any serious mechanical problems in the near future.

Zero stars not recommended. This man Carlos just steals from his clients. My vehicle was in this shop ، I paid over $700 for four tires and an alignment and n my Acura MDX ، the left back tire was given to me with a huge bolt on it. I brought it here on a Tuesday and picked it up Tuesday night only to have it parked for three days and when I turned it on my vehicle tire pressure was low. I brought it back immediately، also had to bring it back three more times . The receptionist accused me of having run over a screw without knowing. When I initially called they said they would handle it and so I thought they would replace it since it was their fault for running over a bolt. No they patched it up and sent me on my way ، I was filling up my tire every three weeks! You have to be Colombian to get proper service here. He doesn’t care or take accountability for his staffs mistakes he pretty much dismissed me after spending all that money. Not recomendable.
