Prime HOA Management

I am on the board of a 24 unit building and all I can say is I am so thankful I found this crew! I usually don't write reviews but the comparison from our previous management company to these guys is night and day and I felt they deserved a review! If you are unhappy with your management company even the slightest bit، I would recommend switching to Prime.

Our management company prior to Prime was a nightmare. It was impossible to get ahold of anyone for weeks، and they never came out to the property. I’m not sure what we were even paying them to do. I’m glad we made the switch to Prime. Always get a response back within the same day، and we now have weekly inspections which keeps the property looking great. Thanks guys.

Our HOA recently switched to Prime for out-of-state ownership. I was a bit concerned at first، but the switch has been great overall. The shift to improved communications and financial transparency has been noticeable and much appreciated. There’s local staff on hand who were able to help me set up my account smoothly and quickly. Highly satisfied with the support and clarity so far.

We’ve been working with Prime HOA for a little while now and so far it has been a positive experience! They’re very professional، knowledgeable، and responsive. Extra points for their online portal that makes maintenance requests and paying dues online convenient.

I’ve been working with Briana and its been great. We had a lot of issues with the last company who was a big name. Night and day with Prime. Responsive and didn't have to keep explaining my situation after a few back and forth emails. Love the portal too
