Upon arriving in Florida on Sunday evening for vacation، we discovered that our car’s power steering had developed a leak. Not familiar with local shops، I took to the internet where I was blessed to find Raymond Charles Automotive. I was able to make an appointment right on line for the next morning when they opened for business. We were the first customer to arrive، first to be diagnosed، and first on the lift. The shop presented us with a timely، thorough، written estimate for repairs. As soon as I reviewed the estimate and agreed to the repairs، parts were quickly acquired، installed، and tested.
