Refresh At Mosaic Hair Studio

Leslie did a fantastic job on my facial! Her personality was awesome، and I felt welcomed. She customized my facial based on my customer intake form، and I could tell that she was knowledgeable about her products. I woke up the next morning with an amazing glow، and it has only continued to get better. I will return!

I am already a huge fan of their sister business، Mosaic Hair studio، and I took advantage of a deal they were offering that included a mini facial along with a hair cut. The day of my facial، I decided to treat myself and added on a 30 minute massage as well. The two businesses are right next door، and you still need to go to Mosaic and check in and then they will walk you over to refresh. Jo did my mini facial and had me complete some paperwork and offered me some refreshments. She took very good care of me and spent 30 minutes massaging my face with the best smelling soaps and oils. What was especially nice is she didn't try to sell me any kind of products or procedures. She then offered me the COMFIEST ROBE ON THE PLANET and I was transferred into the hands of Danielle، who did my massage. Again I had to complete some paperwork and was offered refreshments and then was treated to one of the best massages I ever had!!! I had some awful knots in my shoulders، to the point that I wasn't sleeping the night before and she took the time to work them all out. She continually put me at ease، making sure I was okay with the pressure، type of music and lotion she was using and asked the level of talking I was comfortable with as well. Since then I have returned for massages several times with Corey، who is incredibly skilled. It is always convenient to book here and they constantly have deals so I recommend joining the email list.

I get a massage once or twice a month at various places and just visited ReFresh for the first time. Today I received one of the best massages of my life from Cory and am looking forward to returning with my husband! Cory really pays attention to what is going on with your body and tailors the massage to be exactly what you need. Areas of my back that I didn't know needed fixing are feeling so much better! If you are looking for a massage that feels great and is effective don't pass this spot up!

I don't often get facials، I am pretty picky about the services and am sensitive to cheap products. I was very impressed with Mosaic's express facial! I was given a gift certificate so I figured I'd try it out. I can honestly say I even liked it better than my experience at the Waldorf Astoria! They used products that didn't irritate my skin and left me feeling refreshed، the environment was modern but not cold - it was very hip and welcoming and comfortable. The best part was by far the staff. Everyone from Natalia at the front desk to Taylor who did my facial were excellent. I truly felt like they cared about me and I wasn't just another client on the schedule. I will be returning for many more facials and other services here and highly recommend it. (I even bought my sister a gift certificate!)

Every single time I have gone to ReFresh it has been a great experience. I've had a massage with Corey in the past which was excellent. Michaela did a 30 min. facial and eyebrow wax on me for the first time the other day، and I left really pleased. She really listened to my concerns about my skin and did as much as she could in the short time frame. I will definitely be back!
