I'm very happy for the service I received as a first time customer. The service man arrived on time after the office called to advise me of his arrival. Javier was very knowledgeable and professional، explaining everything he was going to do. Maintaining the AC in Florida is super important. I feel I made the right decision with Reliant.

I am a first-time homeowner and first-time customer with Reliant. I truly appreciate that the service manager took the time to write every detail of what happened with the AC، Condenser، and ducts. He showed me the videos and pictures from the attic. My AC wasn't running، and it was not cooling enough in every room of my house except the living room. I am glad to have a brand-new A/C، and now every room in my house is cool، even my office where I work from home! I went up to the attic، and wow، it's all cleaned and organized. We needed our AC unit and handler replaced in our townhouse، and Cruise and Hannah were extremely efficient and professional in doing so. Not only did they show up before the scheduled time slot، they were respectful of our house، worked well as a team، and finished the job well within the estimated window. They explained everything we needed to know well. Prior to replacing the AC، Glen came out on a holiday weekend and helped our unit get up and running temporarily till the fix. All these technicians have been knowledgeable، professional، and efficient and we would definitely recommend Reliant Heating and Air to anyone.

Reliant was a very smart choice. We originally hired them to come and maintain our HVAC & plumbing systems. Gerald، HVAC and Keith for Plumbing were both very professional & courteous and explained everything that they were doing during their visit. We were so impressed we hired them to also come back and clean our ductwork in the condo. Reliant was actually able to squeeze us in the very next day and Hannah and Javier both showed up the next day and cleaned the ductwork. On a separate visit we had electrical work done. Sal، the electrician، was amazing. He did a thorough job. He took the time to explain all the work he was doing. We will definitely use this company again. I highly recommend Reliant.
