Reserves at Alafaya Apartments

I really enjoy living here my kids love it too. It's nice quiet and friendly. The office staff is amazing and so is the maintenance staff. They are quick to help and resolve issues. The location is great next to downtown Avalon Alafaya and 528. The amenities are nice I really enjoy the grills. The property is nice and clean. I love it

I absolutely love living here. It's been a little more than a year and I've seen great improvements. The street was recoated with asphalt and seal coated. The pool was also redone and it looks so nice and clean. The grills are a must. They are right next to the pool so I can cook and watch over my little ones. The pet wash station and dog park is really nice to have. Also there is a small nature walk around the lake with fitness equipment for my hyperactive self lol. It's nice clean and quiet. Within a walking distance to downtown Avalon for some fine dining and entertainment. I absolutely recommend you to live here.

I love this property. Is so nice and quiet. People are friendly. The staff is amazing. Maintenance is fast and also very friendly. I love the area. Having downtown Avalon within a walking distance is great. Nice area to walk shop and eat. I love the grills the pool and the fire pit. They a have a pet wash station where I take my dog and wash home there instead of at home in the tub. I absolutely love living here.
