They did a great job with the procedure، but was given no directions what to do after procedure، at home etc. Dr. Willis goes from on patient to another with no discussion with patients. Processes designed to move customers in and out as quickly as possible. Office management and payment process not customer centered. Months long problem with credit and/or reimbursement.

In my 81+ years on the planet this is the best experience I have had in a dental office thus far. I could not ask for anything better. Doctor Willis and his staff are decent caring people.

Dr. Willis is the most qualified and knowledgeable physician/doctor of dentistry I have had the opportunity to consult with and benefit from. I consider myself lucky that he was the doctor on the other end of my dental situation. If your issues are serious he is the one you want to select!!
