Ruby Spa & Massage

I booked a 60-minute foot massage at the spa، and while the Groupon made it fairly priced، the overall service was subpar. The massage was interrupted multiple times by phone calls، walk-ins، and random stops whenever guests entered. It completely ruined the relaxing experience because I had to listen to her booking other appointments instead of receiving undivided attention. I wasn’t planning to leave a review، but the worst part was the lack of accountability afterward. When the massage ended، I was asked for a tip. I politely declined due to the unsatisfactory service، and she immediately took back the $10 discount card she had just offered me because I didn’t tip. I won’t be returning. Service and professionalism matter.

First visit، under new management. Clean، modern، and airy. Well-lit، spacious room with comfortable، clean sheets. The front staff was extremely helpful and professional. David، my masseur، was excellent and truly focused on alleviating my sciatica pain. He spoke English so it was easy to communicate the pressure I needed. He gave me a bottle of water before and after. Even when the time was up، he helped me properly stretch and educated me on how to stretch at home. Thank you! Looking forward to coming here again.

I was able to get an appointment at the last minute for my severe migraines، neck and back pain. This was my first time and I had Andy. It was quite possibly the BEST massage I've ever received. He was incredibly intune with my pain points. I appreciate the constant check ins to ask me if the pressure was ok. The next day my migraine was 85% better. I will absolutely return and recommend!

The wife and I tried Ruby out for a couples massage today. Professional، clean، and friendly describes the facility and the staff. Both therapists far exceeded expectations and did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend!

I had a great first full body massage at Ruby Spa. The place is very clean and professional. I was able to choose which scented oil would be used and the practitioner checked in several times during treatment about their pressure and if the trigger points were too painful. Highly recommend and looking forward to going back.
