I’ve been coming to Rusbina since I was 15 years old! She’s done my eyebrows، along with my mother and sister’s eyebrows :) She has always done a great job and cares about her customers!! I WOULD recommend to anyone!

Perfect five star she always Nails it I never have to tell her to fix any of it I don't let anyone touch my eyebrows she's my only go-to girl.

I'm definitely not going back here again. I was very clear about not wanting my eyebrows cut too much. I even drew out a picture of how I wanted them shaped (square). I told her I like them thick and bushy. I literally spent years trying to get the eyebrows I wanted and when I came to the studio، I was really happy with how they looked but needed a little cleaning where they were overgrown beyond the line. I told her not to go near the line. The first thing she did was take scissors and cut the top and bottom of my eyebrows، which is exactly what I didn't want. Then she threaded them so thinly that there are some gaps and the shape is gone. I went to another threading studio 4 weeks later and the technician noted how each eyebrow had a completely different shape. And that there were some gaps because some hairs were removed on the line. This place was also very expensive compared to the threading salon in West Palm Beach، Disha's Eyebrows. Needless to say، it was a very unfortunate experience and I would be very careful going here. Update: I received a reply from the business. It sounds like a canned AI-informed response. I am so surprised at the defensiveness and lack of genuine caring. I should downgrade my review accordingly. My girlfriend wrote a review for a restaurant that served her cold food and they gave her a full refund immediately. This response shows the kind of company this really is and I'd definitely not go back or recommend it. This is my face we're dealing with، and eyebrows so not grow back easily or at all. What a disappointment.

This was my first time going to Rusbina، and I love the way she took her time and always checked in to see if I liked the way she was threading my eyebrows، she mapped them out and asked if they were to my liking، step by step making sure I liked what she was doing to them، definitely recommend going to her!

The only person I trust doing my eyebrows! Rusbina is amazing at what she does and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect!
