Salt and Sea Wellness Spa

I have wanted to try a float pool for years، and this did not disappoint! The spa is so calming and welcoming right when you walk in. The staff (owner possibly) were so wonderful. Every single aspect of the spa is luxury، from the robes and towels to the shower products. My husband and I did a side-by-side float. It was incredibly relaxing and easy to forget everything around us. I could feel my muscles relaxing as we floated، and it was so nice to just be in quiet and darkness، letting my mind go wherever it wanted. I am pretty sure I fell asleep at some point. We followed our float with some time in the sauna. What a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back.

The staff was kind، professional، and incredibly informative، walking me through everything from what to expect before the float to aftercare tips once the session ended. Flotation therapy (also called sensory deprivation or REST) involves floating in warm، Epsom salt-saturated water to create a near-weightless sensation. It’s known to support relaxation، pain relief، mental clarity، and stress reduction. I originally booked to help with neck and shoulder tension — and it worked better than I expected. I was able to stretch and relax in a way I haven’t felt in weeks، and left feeling refreshed and rebalanced. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new، deeply calming، and genuinely restorative. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We really enjoyed this place in Claremont. Amanda was great from the time we walked in until the time we left. She was very friendly، professional، and informative about this salt and sea wellness spa. We We are very comfortable during our visit. The spa has few different salt rooms that are very beneficial. I had a massage today with Carla and it was so good I involuntarily cried because the relief was unbelievable. After my massage I did a one hour float. The water is as warm as your body so you don't feel the water and the salt keeps you afloat so your whole body can relax and let go. If you need to completely relax and recharge you should book a day here! Everything is super clean and well maintained. Salt and Sea is a very welcoming and refreshing environment.

Had a facial with Natalie yesterday and it was amazing. Space was clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend Salt and Sea Wellness for all your spa needs. Owner was also very helpful with booking appointment. Keisha
