SANDCHOS 📍 WHERE: Glorieta de Ruiz Giménez، 5 🍽 REVIEW: If you like "special" sandwiches، Sandchos is an excellent option near the San Bernardo metro station. A small place with fast and very friendly service and a menu focused on these delicious "Sandchos." The key is their homemade brioche bread، which is fantastic and incredibly fluffy. We ordered the Couple Combo 2 (€29.90)، which includes Biggernachos، 2 Sandchos، and 2 drinks. -Biggernachos: With oxtail، cream، cheese، pico de gallo... The tortilla chips are fairly standard، but the oxtail is incredible. -Pasquino: Italian mortadella، burrata cream، and pesto. Delicious. My favorite. -Bernardo: Pulled pork، Edam cheese، arugula، and honey mustard. Very good too; the combination of the sauce with the pulled pork is fantastic. Wow، that brioche sandwich is so delicious and fluffy! We ordered three set menus: ▶️The "Chito" menu، which includes one sandwich and a drink. 🔸We chose the BACONQUESO with bacon، Edam cheese، and smoked bacon mayo. ▶️Two "Original" menus، each including two sandwiches and a drink. Our choices: 🔸Bernardo with pulled pork، Edam cheese، arugula، and honey & mustard. 🔸Curry curry with curried chicken، fried onions، and sour cream. 🔸Smoked with salmon، arugula، salmon caviar، and avocado mayo. 🔸Pasquino with Italian mortadella، burrata cream، and pesto. And three sandwich shakes: Red with beetroot، cacao، milk، cream، and cinnamon powder; Green، which is matcha tea، also with cream and cinnamon; and Blue، which was violet.
