Seby's Pizza

Great pizza shop to come and visit!!! The new york ambiance had me homesick. We ordered the garlic knots، zucchini fries and a large pepperoni pie. I have to admit I was skeptical of the fries، I expected them to be oily and soggy. Halfway through I forgot they were zucchini. The pepperoni pizza brought me back to pre bike lane nyc. I am not a crust person 😒، I ate all my crust!!! What a treat for the family. I love this place، I'm going back for more!

Visited today، we had garlic knots، parmesan zucchini fries and a large pepperoni pie. Garlic knots were good but make sure you get the fries، they were delicious - even my kids ate them. As a NY'er the pizza was delicious، crust was amazing. Definitely would come back.

Raise the Pizza Bar!! Absolutely delicious pizza and garlic knots. The inside is clean and the owners are extremely friendly. My wife، that’s not a fan of pizza، said this was great pizza. The garlic knots were fresh، loaded with garlic and oil. I just moved to the area and this was my first time ordering a pizza here. I will be coming back.

Seby’s is easily the best NY style pizza I have had in Central Florida. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the best in Florida. Every once in while، you happen to find establishments like Seby’s، where from the warm greeting at the door to everything that leaves the kitchen is done passionately and genuinely. From the water that goes into the dough، how long the dough is aged، his family’s marinara and vodka sauce recipes، all these things culminate into amazing pies that literally wouldn’t exist without Sebastian’s passion for the craft.

I cannot say enough great things about this pizza restaurant. Truly one of the best I've tried in this area. The garlic knots were perfect and the pizzas that we ordered were simply delicious. They also have excellent service as it was heavily raining the night we came in for dinner and an employee (I believe may have actually been the owner) helped my husband bring our leftover pizza out to the car by holding an umbrella for him. Thank you so much for a fantastic dinner experience! We definitely plan to return.
