Seoul Vibez was such a fun and yummy experience from start to finish! We walked in not really sure what to expect. It's a small cozy little Cafe، well lit and music fitting the vibe playing loud enough to hear the vocals but not loud enough to drown out conversation. We were greeted warmly by a man named Chris (who later turns out to be one of the owners along with his wife - ADORABLE couple!) who enthusiastically explain to us how the system works. You select from one of the numerous packs of ramen on the wall، and then take it to the register. From there you choose what options you want added to your ramen. I went with brisket، pork belly، corn and a seasoned boiled egg. Once ordered you take a seat on one of the comfy couches or tables and the meal is brought to you when ready. It sounded simple in theory، BUT OH SWEET BABY JESUS TO MY TASTE BUDS the finished product was SO MUCH BETTER than we ever expected! The brisket was finely shaved، and the pork belly incredibly flavorful. The seasoned egg broke apart perfectly in my dish and really added a nice spice to the broth overall. Out of three meals، all three were home runs! The dessert options were quite interesting، and clearly Asian inspired. We settled on ice cream that was molded to look exactly like the flavor it represented. We chose grape، strawberry and mango. While a bit pricey for ice cream، the owner explained they were authentic frozen treats that had to be shipped in which made sense (and I greatly appreciated him taking the time to explain). Totally worth it! That was the grapiest grape ice cream I've ever had in my life، and I even had a grape shell that was just phenomenally delicious! We we're cheerfully thanked for our patronage، and everything just felt so genuinely wholesome and pleasant. Seoul Vibez is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a fun off the beaten path date night، lunch surprise or just something to cheer your mood up. Between the yummy eats، the great beats and pleasant staff you will not go lacking for a great time!
