I had the most incredible experience with Zowie at Seraphine Spa and can confidently say this was the best Japanese head spa I have ever had and it was my very first one From start to finish the entire experience was deeply relaxing and so thoughtfully done. Zowie walked me through everything and made me feel completely at ease. The scalp analysis detox and cleanse nourishing treatments hydrotherapy waterfall scalp massage and light therapy were all amazing and unlike anything I have experienced before As a first time guest at Seraphine and my first ever Japanese head spa this exceeded every expectation. My scalp felt refreshed my hair felt incredible and I left feeling totally reset Worth every penny and then some. I will absolutely be back and will be booking with Zowie again for sure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for pure relaxation and an elevated experience

The ladies who work at the spa are very kind. However، I paid for a 90-minute massage for my daughter and me، and the experience was not good. The first person who attended to us took us to an area with a camera to check the condition of our hair، but she didn’t know how to use it. She spent about 15 to 20 minutes trying to make it work، and in the end، she couldn’t. After that، my daughter started with a foot massage، which was actually excellent. I started with the head massage، but the girl who was helping me didn’t know how to use the machine or what to do. Supposedly، there should have been water running on my head during the experience، but she only used it for about 3 minutes out of the 30. Later، the lady who did the foot massage came to help me، and she did an excellent job. Still، the overall experience was disappointing because the staff didn’t know how to use the equipment، so it wasn’t really a Japanese Head Spa experience. The worst part was when they charged me a 50% tip. The total for the service was supposed to be $200، but I ended up paying $300 because the tip had to be 50%. Just to clarify what happened: While I was still in the parking lot before leaving، I wrote to you explaining the situation. The service I booked was a 90-minute head spa. What I actually received was: • 30 minutes of head spa، during which the person attending me didn’t even know how to use the machine or the tools. • 30 minutes of a foot massage، which was actually professional and good — but it was not what I booked. • The remaining 30 minutes were spent with the lady trying to make the machine work. And on top of everything، I was charged a 50% tip. The service cost $200، and the tip added was $100، for a total of $300. You replied saying you were very sorry and confirmed that the person who attended me was on her first day and didn’t know how to operate the machines. You told me to come back، and that when I returned you would assign me to the massage therapists who actually know what they’re doing، and that I would not be charged the 50% tip — I would only leave whatever I wanted. At that moment، I understood that you were going to redo the service for me، and I would just leave the tip. When I reached out again three weeks later، you told me that I had to pay for the service again، this time with the staff who actually know what they’re doing، and that the tip would be voluntary. I find this extremely disrespectful، and that is why I left a 1-star review.

I just want to inform other clients. I purchased a treatment for weight loss shots. And last week I was trying to schedule my appointment and this business has closed down and they charged me for a service and now I can’t even get in touch with them and the business has completely moved out. I have filed a complaint again this business.

I went for my first IV Therapy and my nurse took the time to explain everything about the IV therapy process، making me feel completely at ease. They offered a range of options tailored to different wellness goals، and I opted for the hydration boost and vitamin infusion – something my body desperately needed after a busy few weeks. The therapy itself was super comfortable! The nurse was clearly skilled and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The IV was painless، and almost immediately، I started feeling more energized and fully refreshed. By the time the session was over، I felt like a new person! My energy levels were through the roof، my skin looked more radiant، and I had a sense of mental clarity that lasted for days. It's amazing how something so simple can make such a difference! I can’t recommend this spa enough. The IV therapy wass a game-changer for me.I will definitely be returning for another session soon.
