Shannon's Sweet Cakes

Shannon designed the most beautiful stunning cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday. Not only was the cake delicious & an absolute hit with our guests، but I was asked if it was a real cake how gorgeous it was. She's friendly، responds promptly and she made the entire ordering process so smooth and easy. Shannon is my go to for more cakes about to place another order for another birthday، cannot wait to see what she designs next! 🤩

Shannon was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Her cakes are absolutely delicious. We really wanted to support a small business and a local baker for our wedding day and after trying Shannon’s delicious cakes، she had to be the one! Shannon was so responsive and willing to try new things. We knew we wanted Spring and Summer flavors، but she completely brought our vision to life! She let us try multiple flavors and include any add-ons we wanted. She even Uber-couriered to our home a few samples so that we could try several flavors that we were curious about. Ultimately، we chose a simple، 2-tier cake with an additional sheet cake for our 140-guest wedding in two flavors: vanilla with raspberry jam filling and vanilla Swiss meringue، and olive oil cake with pistachio mascarpone filling and lemon Swiss meringue. We had never tasted cake so good! They were light، airy، just the right amount of sweet، and so fresh. Shannon also delivered the cakes from Long Island to Brooklyn. I’ve been following Shannon for the longest time، always loudly admiring her incredible cakes and waiting for the perfect opportunity to finally order one. Like I mentioned، my admiration was so real that I’d constantly share her beautiful creations with everyone close to me. To my absolute surprise، my sister gifted me the most stunning and delicious cake for my 30th birthday، made by none other than Shannon herself! It was everything I dreamed of and more. I’ll admit، I was super stingy with it because I didn’t want anyone to take a piece home. Honestly، I didn’t even want to cut it because it was just that beautiful. Shannon is now the official cake maker and designer for my entire family.

Easiest five star review I could possibly give. Not only was Shannon incredibly reasonably priced، highly communicative، friendly، and easy to work with، but the product was phenomenal. I am not exaggerating when I say that after having probably dozens of wedding cakes in my life، this was the best by many many miles. I cannot stop thinking about this cake because it was so good. It was also beautiful. Everyone had such wonderful things to say. If you’re thinking about using Shannon for your event، do not hesitate، you will not be disappointed.

I recently worked with Shannon on an 3 tier cake، surprise birthday cake and l added on matching cupcakes، pretzels، and cake pops for party I had. Her attention to detail and the quality of her product is outstanding! My guests were raving about the flavors and design. Let them eat cake، let them eat Shannon’s Sweets Cakes!
