I am a licensed esthetician and I’ve been working from my salon suite at this location for over 2 years. I have be extremely pleased with everything from the parking، 24-hour entry، the management (which is absolutely amazing)، and feeling like I have my own space I was able to make mine. All my clients enjoy coming to my space and leave feeling completely zen. If you’re thinking about renting a space here don’t think twice. I promise you will not regret running your business from Salon Suites Coral Gables! 10/10 :)

I called to ask about pricing for salon suites and explained my current setup and budget so I could see if any locations would be a good fit. Instead of providing even a general price range، the representative said she would not share pricing unless I came in person. When I asked whether any locations might fall near my budget، the conversation became dismissive and unhelpful. As a business owner، I value transparency and professionalism when inquiring about commercial space. It would have been helpful to receive a simple price range before being asked to schedule a tour. Unfortunately، the tone on the call was unnecessarily rude and made the experience feel unprofessional.

Various salons mostly hair salons in these small carved out retail establishments for solo entrepreneurs. Great concept. But one needs appointment. Most are closed Sunday and Mondays. Parking on the street paid meters. Some are a little pricey. Many do not speak English. Recommend Anthony Wu of Sandrigo. He speaks English and Spanish.

Great atmosphere. Punctual. Excellent hairstylist. Perfecta Hair studio!

Loved it!! Great and friendly people. Today was my first time and I went while they were having their holiday party. They served wine، cheese، croquettes، and all sorts of hors d'oeuvres. I enjoyed it very much. And I can't begin to express how wonderful is my hairstylist. I am one happy woman!!!
