I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I originally went in for the $50 exam and was incredibly nervous because I don't have insurance. From the moment I walked in، those fears disappeared. Dr. Byers is phenomenal. He took the time to show me the full work-up after the X-rays and exam، making sure I understood everything. What really blew me away was how he went above and beyond to accommodate my situation with discounted pricing to make the treatment affordable. The entire staff is "on point" and so friendly. The level of care and transparency here is rare. Honestly، if you aren’t coming here for your dental work، you’re missing out. Highly recommended!

I am so grateful that when I moved to Tampa 5 years ago I found smile 360 and Dr Byers with his amazing staff! I can honestly say that the customer service here is TOP OF THE LINE. I’ve had full mouth reconstruction along with several other issues (brought on by myself) and everyone that works in this Dental office، truly cares about their patients. Dr Byers personally went out of his way to help my adult daughter deal with her fears and put her mind at ease with her 1st ever cavity that she put off so long that it needed a root canal. When the appointment was over، she was grateful to have found Dr.Byers because he made it so easy. Everyone that works in this office is so kind and attentive، but words cannot describe the level of customer service you receive from Dr Byers’ assistant Katie. This dental angel genuinely cares about the patients level of comfort and pays so much attention to every detail to make your experience in the dental chair، pain free. I will never forget the first time I was being numbed when I noticed Katie lightly tapping my shoulder as a distraction for my brain. This was just one example. Her touch when working on your teeth is so gentle، she notices everything and will always take all the time you need. I have to mention the office staff. Again everyone is so kind، but Nicole is the best of the best! So professional، patient and kind! If you leave a message after the office closes and Nicole sees that you’ve called she is the kind of person that will take the time to call you back right away. Nicole delivers the kind of customer service that is so hard to find and gives you، a reason to want to keep coming back to the dentist! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Byers and everyone that works there. You won’t find another dentist that will care as much with staff that make you feel like you are part of their family!

We can't say enough about how fantastic our experiences have been here. We were referred to Dr. Byars through a family friend and he truly is the best. Our daughter came to have some work redone that initially was from her previous dentist and orthodontist. She immediately felt at ease as the entire staff took every effort to make her feel comfortable and Dr. Byars attention to her needs and his perfectionism was above and beyond. Great dentist and staff! Very friendly and attentive. I’m someone who has major anxiety about going to the dentist. They did everything to make me feel comfortable. The results were also great. Had like 4 crowns and composite ponding. Took multiple visits but no fault to clinic. Just the way it goes with multiple procedures. Don’t be afraid to let them know about your anxiety.
