The lady and I love making a trip here. She’s gluten free and I’m super conscious about what I eat. There’s nothing I’d avoid here. Love their model، everything is delicious. And the staff is beyond friendly and accommodating.

So excited to stumble upon this place! I’m always looking for a smoothie place that doesn’t use sugary artificial ingredients. Great knowledgeable service، friendly and fresh! The egg bites were a little spongy in texture، but still good flavor. My smoothie was delish! Will def be coming back all the time.

My friends and I had the privilege of trying SoBol’s Açai bowls and it was absolutely delicious ! No added sugar and filled with such healthy / good for you ingredients!! Jeff if the owner and he offered for us to try samples from scratch! His kindness and hospitality was so refreshing and rare. We called in advance and Olivia، one of the staff، was so helpful before we came in and ordered. Being really mindful of eating healthy for you food، this place checks the boxes!! I wanted another one right after finishing my bowl! I will be back again!

I had their Green Bowl two days in a row، I liked it that much. On day two، I added a side of overnight oats (kid size)، which were delicious، too. If I lived in Florida (or near one of their locations)، I’d go back regularly and try all different combinations—you can build your own bowls. The waffles look great، too. The people work here are very nice and helpful. The owner (I think) was present and working both days I went in. Love this place!

HANDS DOWN my favorite smoothie spot! I love the owner’s customer service، it’s always 100/10! He makes my smoothie right each and every time I come here! If you’re in the lake Mary area، don’t go anywhere else but there 💯💯
